2026 Evergreen Park Stallions Cheer Registration

We are proud to share that, because of last season’s fundraising efforts, the Stallions organization is able to sponsor a portion of our cheer program costs for the 2026 season. Although operational expenses continue to rise, we have worked intentionally behind the scenes to keep our fees as manageable as possible. As a direct result of last year’s fundraising participation and sponsorship support, our returning cheerleaders will receive a reduced registration rate.

Mandatory Competition Cheer Requirements

Please review the following information carefully before registering for Competition Cheer. Participation on a Competition Team requires full commitment to all mandatory events and attendance expectations.

  • Mandatory Parent & Athlete Competition Meeting + Uniform Fitting
  • Mandatory Choreography Camp (Late Summer – exact dates TBD)

Dates and times for these required events have not yet been finalized and will be announced once confirmed.

Attendance at both the Parent & Athlete Competition Meeting and Choreography Camp is strictly mandatory, no exceptions.

Choreography Camp is tentatively scheduled for the 1st or 2nd week of August. Due to the critical nature of choreography instruction, team placements, formations, and routine development, failure to attend will result in removal from the Competition Team. No refunds will be issued.

Following Choreography Camp and routine placement, attendance at all scheduled practices is required.

After the designated “No-Miss” Date (to be announced by the Director of Cheer prior to the start of the competition season), athletes will not be permitted to miss practices.

Absences after this date may result in:

  • Removal from the Competition Team (no refund)

Vacations, social events, and non-emergency conflicts should be scheduled outside of Competition Cheer season commitments.

The official Competition Attendance Policy will be released by the end of June and must be signed by both the parent and athlete prior to the start of Choreography Camp.

Volunteer Commitment (Per Family)

The Stallions run on volunteers. Every family plays a role in making this season successful.

Each family must choose one of the following:

$200 Volunteer Buyout

OR

Complete 3 Volunteer Duties

• If you are unable to fulfill your assigned duty, you must notify us at least 24 hours in advance to reschedule

• Failure to provide 24-hour notice will result in a $75 missed duty fee

• $75 fee per missed duty

• Unpaid missed duty fees will result in athlete ineligibility until the balance is resolved

This policy ensures we can safely and successfully host home games and events.

Practice and Game Schedule

Tentative Start Date: July 20th
