Refund Policies

Refund policies for each program are listed below. If you have any questions about these policies please contact the club treasurer.

CHEERLEADING

Refunds may be requested and reviewed on an individual basis. No refunds for any uniforms or apparel items after the order has been placed. No refunds after practices begin. No refund of competition fees due to breach of attendance policy.

Football

No refunds offered after beginning of season. No refund of any uniform or personalized equipment ordered for athlete once ordered.

Football Conditioning Camp

No Refunds for this camp. No pro-rated payments or discounts due to non-attendance.

Softball

Refunds may be issued, but are not guaranteed, based on Board discretion and other factors, such as team fund usage, on an individual basis. No refunds for any personalized items, equipment, or uniforms once ordered.
