Volunteer Guidelines

We are asking all parents to join our team of volunteers. We need help throughout the entire season to maintain an organized organization where our children can thrive.

 

We need assistance during our home games with set up, concessions, announcing the players and game, running the scoreboard, working the chain gang, selling split the pot tickets, cleaning up, etc. We are also in need of help during our special events.

 

You will be able to sign up for available volunteer slots on our website. Before you begin your “shift” you will need to check in at the Volunteer Table near the concession stand and sign-in. When you have completed your shift, you will also need to sign-out. Please note, it is your responsibility to sign-in and sign-out in order to receive your credit for your shift. Each family is required to volunteer for 3 “shifts” in order for their $150.00 volunteer deposit to be returned at the end of the season.   

 

  1. Please remember to volunteer at a convenient time so your volunteer time does not conflict with time watching your own child.
  2. Please mark your calendar with each date and time you are committing to as we do rely on your help.
  3. When reporting for your volunteer shift, sign-in and sign-out at the volunteer table to receive your appropriate credit. If your last name is different than your child’s, please let us know.
