LEADERSHIP TEAM

Phylicia Thomas

President

I grew up in Evergreen Park and joined the Stallions in 2019 as a football mom. Today, I’m a football mom x3 and a cheer mom, and I’m proud to give back to an organization that has become such a big part of our family.

My goal is to continue growing the Stallions into a program that supports our athletes on and off the field while strengthening the connection between our families and community.

How we lead today shapes who they become tomorrow!

Jasmine Jeffries

Hi, My name is Jasmine Jeffries and I am thrilled to be serving as your VP for the 2026 football season. My family has been a part of the Stallions, both football and cheer for over 20 years . Over the last 7 season I have been a proud football mom as well as a supportive football and cheer aunt. Assisting with the growth of our youth is a personal passion on mine and I am looking forward to an amazing season where I can help provide a positive community for the youth and families.
