Uniform & Equipment Fittings

All players (new and returners) MUST attend a fitting.

Fittings are held at the equipment shed next to the concession stand.

A $150 post-dated equipment deposit check is required.

(only cashed if equipment is not returned at season’s end).

Age & Weight Matrix Requirements

• Age is determined by your athlete’s age on September 1, 2026
• Teams are formed using the official league age/weight matrix
• Placement is based on age and weight, not school grade
• A birth certificate must be uploaded during registration.

Please enter your athlete’s current weight accurately at registration. Weights will be verified prior to roster certification.

Volunteer Commitment (Per Family)

The Stallions run on volunteers. Every family plays a role in making this season successful.

Each family must choose one of the following:

✔ $200 Volunteer Buyout

OR

✔ Complete 3 Volunteer Duties

• If you are unable to fulfill your assigned duty, you must notify us at least 24 hours in advance to reschedule

• Failure to provide 24-hour notice will result in a $75 missed duty fee

• $75 fee per missed duty

• Unpaid missed duty fees will result in athlete ineligibility until the balance is resolved

This policy ensures we can safely and successfully host home games and events.

Practice & Game Schedule

Our practice location is Yukich Field.

July 27 – August 21

Monday–Friday | 6:00–8:00 PM

August 25 – End of Season

Tuesday–Thursday | 6:00–8:00 PM

Practice schedule subject to change due to weather.

An additional day may be added by the Head Coach during the season for film study or team development as needed.

There are mandatory league weigh ins throughout the season. Dates will be forthcoming!

Game days will be announced closer to the beginning of practices. We have 8 regular season games and then playoffs. Games are held on Saturdays or Sundays.
